My reading list, and a study idea

I haven't read a book all the way through since my son was born, but I'm going to try and start up again. I love reading, and have missed it so much.

I am hoping that now that the kids can play outside (in the yard) I can take a book out there and let them play, while I read.

Here's my book list:

  • Power of a Positive Mom*
  • Inside the Magic Kingdom
  • Your Best Life Now
  • Organized Simplicity**
  • Confessions of a Shopaholic (I love a good laugh :0) )
  • Power of Focus

*I would like to do an online study for The Power of a Positive Wife.  If you are not married, and or/do not want to purchase the book, but would like to join in on the study, I am going to be writing short summaries of each chapter at the beginning of each week. During the week I will write up some of the discussions from the book. I will be posing the questions/discussions for singles too, as this could benefit your future husband :0)

**Whenever I get to Organized Simplicity,  I would like to host an organizing/de-cluttering challenge. Even though I really am not a cleaning challenge kind of person, I really need to figure out how to get all this stuff out of my house!

Does anyone have any book recommendations for me? I would like some sort of inspirational parenting book, and really don't have time to browse a bookstore. And as many books as I own, the only parenting book I own is Your Baby's First Year: Week by Week. She's almost 1, so that book is almost done with.

If you would like to participate in the book study, look for a separate post coming up.

Are you a reader? If so, what books do you plan on reading?

~ The Cross Gardner by Jason Wright (because I
    loved "Recovering Charles)
